Vendors are located on Diagon Alley (Main Street), Knockturn Alley, South Street (S.R. 68) or at Galvin Park/Wilmington Library area. Some vendors have their own storefronts.
Information Booth (50 Diagon Alley - under the Murphy Theatre marquee): Open starting at 2 p.m. Staffed by festival sponsor Downtown Wilmington Community Improvement Corporation/Main Street Wilmington. Get your maps, schedule, owl hunt instructions, vendor list here. Purchase V.I.P.P. (Very Important Potter Person) medallions (book buyers get one free).
Books ‘N’ More (28 Diagon Alley): Dan and Marla Stewart are the originators of Wizarding Wilmington 2005 and 2007. Harry Potter candy items, food, HP Merchandise, exclusive Wizarding Wilmington distributor of Harry Potter Book 7 “The Deathly Hallows” at midnight. Purchase your Harry Potter book certificate in advance or day of festival (937-383-7323) and exchange certificate at “Gringott’s Bank” (50 Diagon Alley – Murphy Theatre) for a piece of Wizard money in order to “purchase” your book at midnight from Books ‘N More. Muggle money is not preferred at midnight!
Jen’s Deli: located inside Books ‘N More will also be selling food on the street in front of Books ‘N More. Full line of deli sandwiches, hot dogs, brats, mets, drinks.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry (a/k/a the General Denver Hotel) (81 Diagon Alley): Sit down indoors to an opening feast with fellow Hogwarts students and professors. Tickets to the opening feast sold in advance (937-383-4141) and seatings are every 45 minutes. For adult wizards and witches, enjoy liquid spirits or other beverage of your choice in the pub or on the patio. For HP music lovers, Stage One is located next to the patio. Hear your favorite group – Witchraft & Wizardry, Rosemerta’s Rockers, H.I.S.S./Pureblood Princess, Tom Riddle & Friends, the Whomping Willows. Staying over? Enjoy a “Post Potter Party” on Saturday evening, July 21 in the pub with Witchcraft & Wizardry.
hp-ohio (Knockturn Alley): hp-ohio is a voluntary association of Harry Potter fans from all over Ohio and one of the organizers of the festival. They will sell Ohio Quidditch Team Patches and HP-Ohio information. Visit their website at www.hp-ohio.com for more information.
