Who Or What Is In Charge Here? Group and Board Organization The group and the messageboard are organized slightly differently and that deserves some clarification. As far as organization for the group, there is an Executive board consisting of several positions. The E-board sets decisions for the group as a whole and run according to the by-laws (to be posted soon!) Head Girl Meri Head Boy Token Boy - Todd House Prefects PureBloodGryff - Donna, Ravenclaw General Manda - Manda, Gryffindor Aine - Aine, Slytherin iris4475 - Liz, Hufflepuff Coramandragora - Cora, Gryffindor Order of Merlin, First Class Bestowed for Outstanding Service to hp-ohio Coramandragora - Cora, Gryffindor House, for her service as Minister of Muggle Relations As the membership grows, the above names will nominate others to join the ranks of prefects based on contributions to the organization. For the boards there are Adminstrators, Global Moderators, and Board Moderators. These are all volunteer jobs, when the boards were created a message was put out to all members of hp-ohio asking for Mod help. As the board expands, more Mods will be added to keep all the messages in check. If you are interested in helping out, feel free to drop me a note or keep your eyes open for a "call for Mods" message. Admins have power to change settings, edit posts anywhere and create boards. Global Mods have nearly the same power, but can not change some of the settings for the messageboard as a whole. Board Mods can only edit posts on their designated boards. The Mods are listed below. If you have questions on a specific board, direct them to their mods. You will see stars below their name on the boards as well as one of the titles.
